REGISTRATION INFORMATION – School Year (September through May)

Enrollment will begin in January for the following School Year. All enrollment is based on the date of your original application. The earlier that we have your application, the more options you will have on class preference when we come to your name on the wait lists.You do not have to apply again for the second year enrollment.The only form we need for registration is your application. 

The Children's Center

You will be notified in the following order via the e-mail address on your application:

  • 1 Current Students and siblings of children that have attended our program and have an application on file.
  • 2 The general public with applications on file.

Be prepared. We will be contacting you via email in January with your class options. We fill classes based on application date so, by the time we get to your name your first choice may no longer be available. You will receive your options and have 48 hours to respond.

After you respond, we will send you an email with access information to enroll online. You will have 48 hours to enroll your students.

8:30 AM. Morning Preschool arrival

11:15 AM. Morning Preschool dismissal

12:15 PM. Afternoon Preschool arrival

3:00 PM. Afternoon Preschool dismissal

ADMISSION POLICY

  • Families who are interested in The Children’s Center may visit the web-site at www.mckaychildcenter.com for registration information.
  • After reviewing the information, the parents/guardians may tour the facility on the 2nd Tuesday morning of the month at 9:00 a.m. during the school year (Oct – May).
  • When a child is offered placement in the Center, the parents/guardians will need to complete online enrollment and pay $150 non-refundable enrollment fee.
  • All decisions regarding acceptance are made on a space availability basis and at the discretion of the Director. The Children’s Center has a strict policy of non-discrimination toward students and staff. A separate application should be completed for each child for whom you are requesting admission

I understand that by submission of this application and electronic payment for $35.00, my child will be considered for admission to The Children’s Center. I further understand that should my child be offered a space at the school, and I/we decline, our $35 application fee will be forfeited.
